Good atmosphere, clean, quiet, and great location to a nearby neighborhood that isn't downtown. 6 minutes walk from the blue and green line that takes you to downtown. I love staying here every year I visit Chicago.

Very nice and clean, the workers were very nice and very very helpful, I had car problems and Carlos went out of his way and helped me, I wouldn’t have been able to drive 5 hours home without his help.
