Room was less than basic, no wardrobes or drawers, no coffee machine , lighting poor, no bath .
We had such a wonderful stay at City Hotel Urban Square! We visited Cape Town for the Kip Moore concert, and this was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall experience was fantastic, and we really appreciated the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
