From check-in with the collaborator Poliana, until check-out everything was perfect. We stayed in the newest part of the hotel. Great facilities, comfortable mattress, excellent breakfast, and 3 well-maintained pools, in addition to the convenience of a covered garage. I recommend.

More soundproofing in the rooms was lacking.

The room cleanliness, bed and bath linens smelling clean, comfortable bed and pillows, powerful and clean air conditioning (this is important), abundant breakfast with varieties and options for all tastes, including gluten-free, clean kitchen. The room we stayed in was quiet. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel provides beach umbrella, chair, on rainy days even provided raincoat, and also has a water filter for refilling water bottles, a very cool idea. In addition, it is very well located, close to the beach, shops, restaurants.
