Super rude staff; they don't fix any of the thousand flaws in the room. There was a grate that made noise throughout the stay; everything was loose and broken, from the electronic devices. A curtain got stuck and they didn't give me any option to fix it; I had to hang the bedspread and a towel to cover the window. Although they offered to change rooms as the only solution and reluctantly, it was not feasible, as I was super tired, it was super late, and I already had all my things outside.
