One of the staff guy was very rude.

We just had a night at WakeUp with quite a late arrival. The staff were very considerate and friendly. We had stayed a year or so back in WakeUp Byron so were pleased to return.

Great location super close to the central station. Very friendly staff. Clean bathroom with good showers, and even hairdryers available.

I was in a mixed 6-person room, the lower beds had curtains but the upper beds did not (only an iron wall).
