I was disappointed that the pool wasn't in working order and that the bath wasn't a spa bath as it was supposed to be in the description. I was really looking forward to being able to go for a swim but was unable to.

Parking is a bit problematic if arriving by car. There are hotel parking services but they are expensive.

How can this be a hotel when on the weekend the swimming pool turns into a nightclub which generates high volume of drum and bass that frankly vibrates through your bones so sleep becomes impossible!!!!!!

Rooms air con not working one minute our room was red hot the next it was like an ice bucket called maintenance twice but wasn’t mended Travelling from UK so awake during the night no room service so couldn’t get a coffee. Staff not bothered when mentioned both issues went over their heads. No pool area but hotel didn’t inform us until we got there. Price was expensive for a poor service
