There was nothing I didn't like

The villas are well kept. Clean and spacious. We had a private pool - what stood out for us was how incredible the staff were and all the little touches like free tuk-tuk to town. Snacks delivered to the room after a day out. Breakfast was exceptional. Everything was wonderful - we came as a family with two children and it was perfect

There isn't anything not to like but I think people don't get a great first impression when they arrive as there isn't a clear reception area or anything like that. But honestly it's incredible!

The accommodation does not disappoint, in fact, you do not expect the experience you are going to live. They usually greet you with a snack every time you return to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, they are there to help you with everything you need. They even pay attention to leave you towels for the pool or put incense to ward off any mosquitoes. The accommodation has all the amenities. It is not in the center but it is easy to find a tuk-tuk service to take you, and in 2 minutes you are in the most commercial streets. The reservation includes breakfast but for a fairly economical price, you can request the dinner and meal service. It is that place to relax after visiting the temples of Angkor.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks through Vietnam and Cambodia and this hotel has been, without a doubt, the best. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable, just like the service, as all the staff is always attentive to all the needs their customers may have and making sure that everything is always clean. The facilities are great and the food is excellent. Special mention to Nana, who has made sure at all times that we are as comfortable as possible, and to Thea Ry, who has taken us everywhere and taken great care of us. This hotel in my country would be a 5-star. Definitely to recommend and repeat!!

There was nothing to dislike, and when we left we were given scarves, and a happy wave off.

Having read no comments in this regard, we waited several evenings to talk about it, but the bedding, for us, was uncomfortable. Both for us and for our children, despite the addition of mattress toppers by the manager who did everything to make us comfortable. The area is close to a place, unknown to us, but every night we heard music or karaoke until late. Without it preventing sleep, in such a beautiful place, it's a shame.
