Friendly and smiling staff at the reception; a bit disappointed by the apartment compared to the photos, it's spacious but old-fashioned. Location close to the bus and convenience stores. Long and short beach at 100 meters.

Well-located apart'hotel residence on Praslin Island: relatively well served by buses/taxis and close to fairly cheap shops for the island. The apartments are large, equipped, and well furnished. The staff was welcoming.

Excellent guest, nice area to park the car (with security), big room with nice AC in the living room and bedroom. Nice balcony and all necessary kitchen appliances! Make sure you ask for more info regarding where to go/what to do, the host is really willing to give the best tips of the island. Good location if someone has a car to explore both sides of the island, also grocery stores very close. One issue with water was fixed very fast so we were very happy overall.

The kitchen has all the amenities - pans, pots, kettle, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine. Two balconies - one small (for drying clothes), the other large with light furniture for relaxation. Free good Wi-Fi, car parking in the yard, daily cleaning, towel and linen change every three days. No beach towels. Normal TV. There is the Russian First Channel. Very pleasant, friendly, hospitable staff. The area is nice. There are grocery stores, takeaways, restaurants, a bank, hospital, police, souvenir shops, gas station, and a bus stop nearby. Across the road is the ocean, but it is impossible to swim in it (shallow with black and green algae). Not far (4-5 bus stops) is the local airlines' airport. Opposite it is a nice beach and ocean. But you can go to Anse Georgette beach by bus to the Lemuria hotel. A pass to the hotel can be ordered at the apartments at the reception. Magnificent beach. Also, at the reception, you can order a car - Only regular driver's license is needed.

The apartment was clean, but we had to wash the kitchen equipment again. Had the apartment facing the school. It was disturbing. The gas ran out, had to ask three times before they changed it.

Excellent welcome. Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Only small downside: it would be appreciated to provide some extra cutlery and glasses to be able to invite friends for lunch. Highly recommendable establishment. We plan to return there
