Room with only one socket. The receptionist couldn't give us any tourist information, not even about the Mohamed V Mosque, which is available on the Internet! They say yes to everything, but they don't understand. Zero information outside the 4 walls of the hotel. They should improve that service. Breakfast not up to the hotel's status. The worst coffee I've ever tasted, bottled juices, little variety, no crepes, omelets only made to order... but the lack of variety and taste.

We tried communicating everyday for a week about our booking and it was an incredibly frustrating process with an unsatisfactory result.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the environment in which it is located. The neighborhood is particularly noisy, with disturbances that practically continue non-stop from 10 pm until morning, making sleep very difficult, if not impossible. Furthermore, the permanent presence of individuals evidently under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the street creates a significant sense of insecurity. It was very difficult for me to feel safe, especially when returning to the hotel at night or leaving in the morning. These conditions are incompatible with what one is entitled to expect from a hotel establishment, particularly in terms of tranquility and security. The neighborhood environment should have been clearly indicated at the time of booking. I therefore wish to express my deep dissatisfaction.
