Beautifully designed hotel with outstanding food and great facilities. We stayed here for 6 nights as a family (7yo and 9yo kids) and everything was perfect. The staff are very accommodating, and the location (near the subway and the Sanlitun Taikooli area, which has lots of great shops and restaurants) is excellent.

The property needs better care. One specific receptionist wasn’t very friendly. AC isn’t cold enough in the room (we booked 2 baby suites) both had the same issue. They brought us a fan but it barely did anything. Only one side of the bed has an electricity plug, which wasn’t convenient.
