Belem saved me, after a spectacular fall from the top bed, every morning she provided a bag full of ice for my twisted ankle. She is worth all the Sant Jordi staff. Thank you Belem! I will always come back!

To have stayed in a top bed instead of a bottom bed, which I had requested. But I understand that it is not always possible.
