I was not helped especially with the reservation, a different room was given instead of the room I booked. When I objected, I was told there were no empty rooms, then a room was arranged.
Very clean, excellent location. We could walk around downtown Cairo, visit Abou Tarek, Tahrir Square easily. Was also upgraded to a higher floor. Facilities were good. No noise on upper floors. Lovely small newsagent place opposite the hotel. Staff friendly and helped us with luggage into taxis. Very good value for money.

Second bed could have been bigger.
Despite its prime location, the prices are excellent and affordable for everyone. The entire hotel staff—from the receptionists to the service team—are incredibly courteous and pleasant, always greeting guests with smiles, especially Mr. Eslam. I highly recommend making this your first choice; a heartfelt thank you, and you will certainly be my top choice for future visits. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a two-minute walk from Talaat Harb Street, and is close to all the amenities a tourist might need. The cleanliness, service, and spacious, comfortable rooms are outstanding, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely superb.
