Le personnel était charmant à la réception et super aidant. L’hôtel en lui même est superbe, la chambre également, avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Très propre, bien équipée et lit confortable (la couette pourrait être un peu plus épaisse) Le spa est très propre, vue magnifique et très agréable. Très bien situé dans le centre de Banff pour tout faire à pieds, tout était parfait.
