The staff is very friendly (first time I don't notice a difference in the treatment of a foreigner and a Dominican, as usually the staff tends to treat foreigners better than Dominicans), the food is very good, it's quiet, you can go to the other hotels of the same chain, in the buffet area for me Luis Ángel was the best in serving us ❤️ The Takara restaurant has an oriental theme, the food is delicious, the different types of sushi are very good, as a main course we ordered Traditional Wok, everything was a 10/10. The Las Olas restaurant has a Brazilian theme, it's excellent, very good food, it's beachfront, they bring the entire menu to the table and you choose what you will eat and what not, the staff is attentive and very friendly, for me it was a 20/10 😌

Usually when you arrive at a hotel there is someone offering you a drink or something similar but here it's not like that, the lobbies were very hot, the girls working there were dying of heat, I think they should do something to make the lobbies more pleasant in terms of air conditioning.

I didn't like that you have to pay extra even at the sports bar to play, you also have to pay to go to the nightclub 30 or 60 dollars for men..., the main menu could be improved, The activities should last longer and be a bit more Dominican to teach the culture, dances, and more..., and leave a space for dancing at least until 12am
In my experience, the only aspect that could be improved was the process of booking the a la carte restaurants through the application. It was quite complicated, as the app did not allow completing the reservations, which made the process a bit frustrating. Apart from that detail, everything else was quite good. I really enjoyed my stay and overall had a good experience at the hotel. I hope they can improve the reservation system to make the experience even better for future guests.
