The building did not sway in Gale force winds though it was very noisy. Security standards were so high the pool was cleaned by someone wearing. Life vest. Had never seen this procedure before

Cape Town was extremely windy the night we arrived, bagging on roof and walls made it hard to rest.

The usher at the entrance is very attentive. The hotel is in a good area and there is plenty of information about the area's security. The breakfast is very good; coffee has to be ordered individually from the waiters, but it's not a problem. The kitchen is open to order dishes that are included in the buffet.
