As explained to the manager, the fridge did not work, the bathroom had a smell, the shower did not work. false advertising as the pool was cold and not heated. When I mentioned this to the manager, her response was who did you book through, when I said bookings.com she said that they were told to remove it, how this is a response is mind-boggling, what does that have to do with the poor state of the room we were put in namely 2308 and the fact that the water was cold and not heated as advertised.
