A taxi cannot approach the hotel, as it is fenced off with a barrier on both sides and only cars from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, located opposite the hotel, can pass through. Upon reaching the hotel, we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor. There seems to be an elevator in the building, but guests are not allowed to use it, and it is completely turned off on holidays. Upon check-in, there were no slippers in the room, towels were insufficient, and toothbrushes were not provided at all. After addressing the reception, the administrator was very surprised by the request to provide all this, but nevertheless, we received slippers and the missing towels. The cleaning is a joke. Essentially, they only wiped the hallway, and that's it; in the bathroom, pieces of inter-tile plaster were lying around, falling off. There were some stains on the walls in the room. They didn't change our towels (we stayed for 6 nights), so we had to ask the maid to change them. She took the towels, promised to bring clean ones in half an hour, and didn't. After 3 hours, we went to the reception, and finally, they gave us clean towels. The soundproofing is terrible. If the neighbors in the room woke up and started walking, it felt like they were in your room. In general, it's not a 3* hotel at all, I do not recommend it; the only plus is the central location and quiet corner.

Very nice little hotel, rooms just upgraded and renovated and clean and safe, you have a coffee and tea maker and fridge, slippers and even bathrobes! Loved it!! Very friendly staff even though through Google Translate :) Would come back with family!

The hotel is close to the center (Liubianka station), which is convenient, but the comfort is basic: the room is quite small, and the bathroom leaves something to be desired (the toilet bowl is... in the shower). In short, it's quite simple, for one or two nights, but not necessarily for a longer stay.

Had a great stay at the Apart-Hotel Naumov Lubyanka. The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located close to the metro. They even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate a special day.

Already the 4th year in a row that I book, the location is excellent, you are right in the center of Moscow and 5 minutes from the metro, the rooms are clean, the only downside is the bathrooms that should be modernized by separating the toilet from the shower.

Quality-price highly recommended, very new, the soap and the bed are amazing. It is just over 6 minutes from 2 metro stops.

Stayed for the second time. Last year I liked everything very much, but this year, alas, there was no soap in the room :( They forgot.
