Location is excellent above all. It was raining on the day of arrival, but as it is right in front of Krakow Central Station, I could easily move my heavy suitcase. There was a shopping mall at the station, which gave a sense of security. The Old Town and a reliable currency exchange were also nearby, so there was no inconvenience. The staff members were friendly, the breakfast variety was abundant, and it was nice to have two free bottles of water every day.

The location to the main train station is perfect. The staff was very nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great and had something for everyone.

We were somewhat disappointed that the taxi ordered at the hotel should cost significantly more than the ride from Krakow Airport to the main train station on our arrival - almost double. Although we had booked the taxi through the hotel for safety reasons, the price seemed unreasonable to us.
