It's clean, well located but we had a problem with the room key during the stay during the day and during the early morning we sat in the hallway waiting for it to open and not even an apology was requested. Other than that, everything is okay. Breakfast a bit chaotic but well served.

The air conditioning stopped working, and they also do not respond on the reception's WhatsApp, as I needed to make some requests and had to go down to request them, even though there is a WhatsApp for that. I think there should be phones in the room with room service, and there should be water in the refrigerators, even though the customer pays. I made some requests through the QR code on the app they offer, the order never arrived.
