Only a heater in the room and it was very cold in the kitchen.

Lack of information, delayed response to messages via WhatsApp, and lack of bars or locks on windows (dangerous for families with children). The cleanliness is impeccable, but the doormats at the doors of each apartment leave a bad smell in the hallway.

The location is excellent, the apartment is very well presented, just like the photos on the website, the staff is very friendly.

There are two things I would improve. One is that I found the check-in time a bit late (4 PM) and they don't let you in a minute earlier. The other is that they do not provide shampoo, and although it is an apartment, I think it should be equipped like a hotel room because it serves the same function (short stay).
