Pleasant location by the beach, with several restaurants and cafes around. 15 minutes by taxi to airport, or to town centre in the other direction. Room was very comfortable and the in-room laundry facility was very useful. The staff were very pleasant, Shaheena and her colleagues at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the porters also were kind and good-natured.

The hotel does not offer its own breakfast service, the restaurant at the front is independently operated. The evening I arrived there was a gospel choir singing in the restaurant next door, they were very loud and it went on until about 10pm.

The beach is not clean for swimming. Good for walking on the beach but I wanted to swim so couldn't swim

We landed at 9pm and was quite frustrated as I had contacted multiple times to confirm the shuttle bus from the airport. After a long travel day, I got to the airport with no transfer and rang the hotel which they said they weren’t aware. I told them I contacted them so many times. We had to arrange our own taxi which was expensive. We checked in and got a mocktail token which we went to use straight away but they had closed the bar (roughly 9.20PM). We checked out early the next day as we were heading to the port so never got to use this.
Staff are fantastic. They look after your every need. Rooms and facilities are good - though starting to get a little dated.
