This is totally a scam, please be aware and report them because the property is completely closed. When I arrived at night on February 1st, 2025, there was no one available at the hotel. I waited for 1-2 hours, but the phone number was also wrong. Many other people told me that this hotel has been closed for a long time and I didn't see anyone there. I found some envelopes in front of the hotel gate, although I didn't understand the Thai language, I guess they were banking envelopes. Then I went to another hotel nearby called 'Lub Sbuy Hostel'. They gave me a room and told me the same as above. When I checked out from Lub Sbuy Hostel and went outside, I saw 3 other Russian guys in front of 'Shapone guest house'. They also paid for the room, but the hotel was still closed. I talked to them about the same situation and they were also shocked and disappointed. I made a complaint and also sent an email to Expedia Support Team. Please take serious action against them and make it possible to close them down and remove them from the website.

Stayed one night to prepare for the islands. The location is right next to the bus station, which is convenient for getting to/from Phuket airport. The cost was 100 baht for the local bus to the airport, much cheaper than the 500 baht some taxis wanted to charge. Apart from the convenient location, the air conditioning worked well, as did the shower. The bed was clean but stiff. Although the room was labeled as non-smoking, it smelled of cigarette smoke because the worker constantly smoked right outside our room. The worst part of the stay was the employees. They stayed in the room next to ours and were talking loudly until 4 am and resumed at 7 am, which kept us awake. We never saw them except when they were smoking outside our room. The street noise was noticeable, but could be masked with earplugs or white noise. However, the voices of the employees kept us up all night. Additionally, the wifi signal was available but didn't work. Fortunately, we had a sim card to stay connected. Overall, it was a cheap stay that was convenient, but we would have preferred to pay more for a full night's sleep.

Good little hotel with friendly staff and a good location near the old town and pier. The rooms were clean with a very good bathroom. The beds were a bit hard for me, but the air conditioning was very good. TV, coffee, and water were provided.

Our worst experience in a hotel. The rooms had cockroaches, and the bed had small bugs moving... we left immediately for a new hotel. Don't go! Disgusting and dirty hotel. Cockroaches and small bugs in the bed. We immediately went to another hotel. Don't go!
