1. The air conditioner makes a noticeable noise every 20-30 minutes, which seriously disturbs rest. As a result, in order to sleep properly, I had to turn off the air conditioner. 2. It is impossible to regulate hot water in the shower properly. I tried for about 15 minutes, but the water remained cold, making it impossible to take a normal shower. At the same time, hot water flows normally from the sink tap. This means that there is hot water in the hotel, and the problem is most likely with the shower equipment. 3. The cleanliness of the room is very poor. There is trash everywhere on the carpet, and it is obvious that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. 4. Even the ballpoint pen provided in the room turned out to be broken and unusable. Although this is a minor issue, such details show that the hotel does not pay enough attention to checking and preparing the rooms.
