A bit far from the metro.

The accommodation served me perfectly on my 2-day trip to Washington. The location is great, close to many restaurants and bus stops to the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from my inquiries made before my arrival. The stairs can be a problem for people with mobility issues and those carrying large and heavy suitcases. The room was great. Although small, it had everything I needed and allowed me to access my suitcase easily. The bed is excellent, large, and comfortable. The room has a street view window. Air conditioning working perfectly. Clean room and I found it great that the bed was high, which allowed me to see that I was really in a clean place. Very good bed linen. The shower could have a slightly higher pressure, but it was good too. They promptly refunded the security deposit on the card. They allowed me to store my bags after checkout at no extra charge. In short, I recommend it!
