Finally contacted what appeared to be the resident caretaker (not her fault she could not speak English) to have her call manager to get us in room
really good in my opinion for that price, very close to Sanur beach and really strategic location!! cool, and the room is also clean. the service is good, but you have to contact them via WhatsApp for faster response!

Staff was often absent and didn't speak English. Bathroom smelled and the whole property was very noisy. Also, the bedding was dirty.
