Love the access to various pools and the beach! Great walking distance to various shops as well. Our rooms were timeshare properties with kitchens and laundry which was super helpful!

There was a lot of people at the pools/not enough lounge chairs.
We liked the self-contained apartment, it was spacious and the washer dryer was good to have.

The elevator is slow. The hotel pool should be kept clean.
We stayed at the Grand Islander. The rooms were spacious and nice and the kitchen facility helped with in-room meal preparation. Access to the beach and pool areas was convenient and just what we needed.

On the second night of our stay there was a slight flooding issue in the flooring in the hallway. Maintenance was quick to come and check. The next day we were moved to another room, comparable to what we already had, and staff made the move quick and easy for us. I appreciate the quick way they handled the situation and made our stay still enjoyable.
