The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the famous Raouche Rock. the view from my room on the 9th floor was amazing, with a clear and beautiful view of the sea. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although breakfast was not served as a buffet, the quality and taste of the food were outstanding. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle service, which made getting to and from the airport very convenient. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

What upset me the most was that I made my reservation using my credit card, and the booking was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was unexpectedly asked to pay in cash. The staff explained that there was a statement in the booking conditions indicating that card payments were not accepted, but this information was not clearly communicated at all. As a result, I was forced to pay in cash without being prepared for it. I found this extremely inconvenient, frustrating, and unprofessional. Such important payment conditions should be clearly highlighted before confirming a reservation. The stay was extremely uncomfortable. At 6:00 AM, an alarm went off and continued ringing for over an hour, completely disrupting our sleep. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the hotel management did not offer any explanation or apology for this unacceptable disturbance.
