It is far from the historic center but you can get there by bus in 15 minutes.
The hotel is obviously correct and rather well located, facing the sea, although quite far from the old town of Dubrovnik.

The hotel is extremely expensive, like Dubrovnik in general with very expensive restaurants, and remains a tourist factory with poorly individualized services. The request for two single beds was ultimately not honored without us being informed. Our room, close to the washing machines, was noisy and check-out is at 11:00, non-negotiable.

The location: Exceptional, the location is the real great asset of this hotel. The dining: A varied and abundant overall offer. Special mention to the Grill restaurant (the best in the complex), which offers a menu, products, and service of impeccable quality. The room: Comfortable and generally in line with the expected standards for this range.

Maintenance of the pool areas: Hygiene leaves something to be desired, mainly due to neglected clearing (dirty glasses and plates accumulate around the sunbeds). The staff: An attitude that seemed generally nonchalant to us, with a lack of reactivity and attention to the needs of the clientele. Details in the room: The absence of a fresh water bottle provided and renewed daily, which is very regrettable at this price level. The standing/service ratio: Although the stay was pleasant thanks to the setting, the accumulation of these small shortcomings leads us to doubt that the establishment fully deserves its 5 stars.
