When i tried to contact the team for clean towels never got anywhere. The square of the area it's rough and provoking tourist.

Small room for 3 adults. Beautiful and large shower. Well located to visit close to the train station and the historic center but very steep. Easy by train from the airport 5 min. Elevator up to the 5th floor. Air conditioning very useful.

Great location

I did not receive the check-in instructions on time, I was left outside and had to call the assistance, which is only available in English. Everything is managed through an automatic system, so in case of unforeseen events, it is very difficult to interact. The room was very small, much smaller than it appears in the photos, and the air conditioning was insufficient, at night we suffered from the heat.

There were problems with wifi, which were resolved only after a few days. Lack of even a small refrigerator in the room. An old small elevator that did not work several times because someone did not close the door 😁 accommodation on the 5th floor🫠. A TV that only works on local channels, for tourists it is useless, neither Netflix nor YouTube were found there.
