For the price there at least had a coffee machine in the room. Couch needs a steam cleaning as lots of dirty spots on the seats

1) located in a safe area, very commercial street. 2) the price (255€/night) for a family of 3 adults at the end of July in a city where hotel prices are insane (between 450 and 1,000 euros per night for 3 adults !!!!!!) 3) excellent bedding. large, clean and well soundproofed room. 4) room equipment: refrigerator + coffee 5) very good reception. They kept our luggage after check out at no extra charge before we took the plane. we recommend this establishment.

1) the establishment completely renovated the entrance, the reception. However, the rooms will need to be refreshed in turn 2) access to the rooms is impossible for disabled people and the reception staff does not help you carry your luggage 3) a microwave would be welcome since there is no breakfast possible at the hotel

The central location was good. Both the harbor for yachts, cruise ships, and seaplanes as well as Downtown were within easy walking distance.

The hotel is currently being renovated, so it is currently a construction site. We were still accommodated in the old wing. The floorboards, doors, and beds creaked a bit. And the queen-size beds seemed very narrow.

Shout out to Robert at Reception, so efficient and agreeable. Helped carry luggage up the stairs. Was able to resolve issues at Reception in an instant! Our second visit and we had a lovely big room.

The current layout of the Hotel is tricky to navigate whilst they are doing renovations. No disturbance at all however once in the room.
