The reception lady, we arrived the day before after a 10-hour flight, 7-hour time difference with my country, then we woke up late and handed over the apartment at 12, the reception lady did not say good morning, how was your night but scolded us right away for handing over the apartment at 12 and not at 11. I have visited 5 cities in Spain and it is the only place that asks for a deposit and today, September 12, they still have not refunded my money

We can hear the noise outside even if we close all the windows. It was so noisy especially at night and we have a baby so it was a bit uncomfortable. They have a lot of property, need to request a quieter place next time
