From the staff in general: reception, cleaning, those who work in the café. If you arrive before the check-in time, you can store your luggage in a specific place for that and you can go out for lunch or do anything else until check-in time, when you check out you can also release the room and leave the bags stored until it's time for your trip.

I stayed in a shared room and I don't know if these pillows are for all types of rooms or just the shared ones, but the pillows are extremely thin and soft. About breakfast, it's tasty, but of the 4 mornings I stayed, the food options were always the same, there was no variation and it got a bit boring. Always only orange juice. The fruits to eat were always just pineapple, papaya, and melon, the cake was always of a single flavor (I don't know what it was, but it was at least tasty)
