Mixed signals: generally acceptable housekeeping but specific issues reported (mould in a bathroom corner, extractor fan not working) lowered the score.
Consistently praised: friendly, helpful reception and quick responses to issues; staff and service frequently described as excellent.
Very positive: close to Queenstown centre/family, great views and convenient for activities; location repeatedly highlighted as a strength.
Mixed to below-expectation: some rooms comfortable with quality bedding, but multiple reports of uncomfortable beds, dated bathrooms, small/narrow family rooms, noise and poor soundproofing.
Strong amenities overall (on-site Michelin-starred restaurant, private sauna, tablet streaming, good internet radio), though some practical gaps (no in-room TV in some rooms, limited parking).
Generally seen as good value by several guests; positive mentions of worth and quality dining enhance perceived value despite some room shortcomings.
A clear highlight: excellent restaurant (Michelin recognition), very tasty breakfast and dinner repeatedly praised.
Varied: many repeat visitors and strong positives around dining and service, but meaningful disappointments for some (uncomfortable beds, dated bathrooms, noise and shower issues) brought the overall experience down for those guests.

The rooms were serviced very late in the day. If you went out and came back in the afternoon, they were then serviced while you were there. Rooms are a bit tired now but I see they are in for a revamp shortly. A little overpriced for the accommodation.
