The reception was average. The cleaning was at a medium level. The services provided were below average.
We previously have stayed at this hotel many times when it was the Fairmont. It is now been renamed and under different ownership, and pleased to report that it is unchanged and the same high standards have been maintained.

We did find the beds quite hard compared to many hotels we have stayed in recently.
