Room has no window
The property operates a strict 'no check-in before 2pm' policy, even if the room is available and the guest offers to pay extra. This is very frustrating if you arrive before 2pm, and I won't bother booking this property in the future.
The air conditioning in the room sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. The parquet floor fell apart on the ground and cut the person's foot. It was terrible.
