I didn't know about how guest houses work, but the owner distributed his house into 3 stayable rooms with the common first floor where there is a television and a shared cooking space I guess which we didn't use. It was very clean and the beds, pillows and the bathroom exceeded my expectations of cleanliness. The area is very good and safe and I was happy with everything except that I could hear footsteps from the other "guests" at 12. They were courteous and so were we. So it works when you everyone stays in their lane. But that is probably what a guest house is. I haven't bothered to chat gpt it. But I wanted a night to sleep and this was good.

Accommodation was clean, near the airport, public transport to downtown Vancouver and supermarket on Granville Street. Kitchen is well equipped. You can park the car for free on the street in a safe neighborhood. The ferry terminal for Vancouver Island is a 30-minute drive away.

Very close to the airport, very clean. Owner was very kind and staff were very nice. Come back again for sure. Supermarket 10 min walk. Have everything.

Away from the center, but there is a bus.

We had a very comfortable ensuite room. Very clean, bright and fresh. It was a 25-minute drive into town but what we paid for two of us for this lovely room, we would have been each if closer to town.

We hadn't realized it was so close to the airport and so were awakened around 6 am by a plane overhead. There was also a family in the adjacent room with a young child who was very loud out in the hallway. We had been late getting to bed due to a concert so we didn't feel rested.
