Inside my room was a couch it was extremely dirty the hand rest was peeling it was full of stains we weren’t able to sit and enjoy the view we did feel disgusted just y looking at it.

I was not satisfied with my room, I went to the front desk and Mr. Guissefe & Jesus made sure within minutes I was in another room and very satisfied. Even gave small comp on food. I love the hotel, three staff and customer service is definitely 5*
