Breakfast a bit too basic, room cleanliness could be improved

We had a room on the 2nd floor with a direct view of the hotel's air conditioning units. Therefore, we couldn't open the window at night, it was just too loud. Unfriendly staff at the reception...

I only disliked the fact that I wanted to extend my stay due to illness and it wasn't possible because it was fully booked. But I understand.

1. Perfect breakfast. Looked forward to it each morning. 2. Service and Staff are really helpful. 3. Room is clean, very clean. And cleaned daily 4. Location is excellent, Metro is close and good connection to the center. 5. 10/10 Definitely recommended stay 6. 24-hour service

It didn't have slippers or bathrobes

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower. I stayed in the accessible room (as it was the only one available at the time of booking) and it was a very peaceful stay. Very close to the metro, on the green line. Also close to a supermarket (pingo doce). The staff were attentive and kind. Basic breakfast, with good food.
