The male staff on 9/6 had a very good attitude and explained clearly. The female staff on 9/7 had a very bad attitude. Around 11 o'clock, due to the loud noise from the neighboring bed, I wanted to continue staying to sleep a few more comfortable hours, but he was still there, so I decided not to continue staying and requested a refund within ten minutes.
