Everything was great except for the construction of the hotel going on till 3am and then starting again at 6am. Not great for a good night's sleep!

I called up to 10 times to be collected from the airport, there was no answer and when they responded they said they would call me back! They never did. I had to call Uber to get to the hotel, okay, that's no problem. At the reception, very bad service. One of the concierges keeps staring at me. I was scared and uncomfortable to stay in this hotel.

Had to call the front desk to get the AC working. Had no remote. Only one towel, and that too had a smell. Very limited channel availability for TV. Please make sports channels and other popular channels available. Courteous staff but need to be more professional regarding the amenities for the price you charge.
