Bathrooms were clean! Staff was responsive to needs. The room was very warm and ceiling fan never accomplished the cooling needed. Overall, it was comfortable.

The place is very comfortable, clean facilities, very friendly staff, only the room was very close to the laundry area and the noise started very early.

The room we got was very good, spacious and clean, it would only be missing an air conditioner for the place and the climate of Oaxaca, hopefully they could put air conditioning since it only has a ceiling fan, at this time it is very good but in hot weather I don't think it will cool the room.

Everything very clean, the staff very friendly. If they decorated the rooms better, it would give a better touch. Hang the mirror that is inside the closet outside next to the screen or on the wall before entering the bathroom. The bedspreads could be in more cheerful colors... Just like the curtains... The restaurant is very good, the waiters are very attentive.

I chose this hotel because of its location close to our activity. I was very pleasantly surprised that in 1 year after seeing this hotel for the first time, I discovered that it had been renovated. We were in a spacious, quiet and very well renovated room. Very happy with our stay.
