Good hotel, but the website changed the rate at the last moment and removed the discount. Very frustrating. Use another booking website

The website showed one rate before booking, but when I proceeded to confirm and make the payment, the discount was removed automatically. This happened at the last moment, and I was not able to add the discount trick or offer again. This is misleading and creates a bad customer experience.

They moved us to the hotel opposite citing a power cut because of maintenance work. I doubt it. And ironically, the alternative also had construction work going on. Breakfast is not worth the extra price. Can't even get the eggs right.
