The TV in the room is tiny, it didn't work for me, so I used my phone instead; there is no gym, which is a necessity for me; the pool is located between 2 buildings, hardly getting any sun, so the water was always cold.

Terrible breakfast. Lacked coffee, utensils, cups... everything was very bad. Slow replenishment... total lack of organization. They even served frozen cheese... it was almost unbelievable. The worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. I do not recommend!

Except for one older gentleman, all the other receptionists treated us as if we were there 'by favor'. If we asked something, they wouldn't even take their eyes off their cell phones (from the videos they were watching) to assist us. The breakfast was terrible, with no variety, dirty dishes on the breakfast counter, and replenishment of items was extremely slow. In our room, cleaning was basically done with bleach. The floor became slippery, and the smell was very strong. Besides that, the cleaning staff would enter the room without even asking if anyone was inside. They simply entered with us in the room, and that was very embarrassing.
Clean and well-organized place, delicious breakfast, hot shower, excellent service, we were very well attended by Thais who explained everything properly and was available to help; at check-out, André was super nice. We will definitely come back!
