The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I came there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area were neglected and needed love and attention. The internet service there was intermittent and mostly unreliable. I wish that I could get some kind of refund because of the false advertisement and poor hotel quality.

The lobby and the hallways inside the hotel were very nice and clean. The rooms were a different story. There was a closet next to the bathroom that leaked water, which brought mosquitoes. The wifi did not work. The furniture inside was dated. My family and I moved out after 3 days and went to another hotel after finding a mouse in our luggage. The door lock on the room did not work, and my wife had to call maintenance to fix it twice in 3 days! I understand the small hotel market is tough, but they could have done a lot better. They also ghosted Expedia and did not refund our money for the early checkout. I wish them well.
