When you see the pictures for the first time, you think that nature surrounds you from everywhere and you think that the river is underneath the hotel... it's just a small garden and a river mixed with the smell of sulfur and unpleasant odors... it only got fame because its residents are Gulf nationals and there are better options in the center at half the price... my comment is on the hotel location, not the staff
The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness and the interaction of all hotel staff, the internet speed is good not very fast nor slow but good speed, the rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable, sound insulation is good but could be better, breakfast is varied and delicious and the breakfast time is convenient

The location is not ideal, it is true that it is close to the airport and suitable for those who like tranquility and being away from the city noise but there is a lack of nearby services and one must walk a considerable distance to reach the area that provides services, the view of the river was very disappointing due to its dryness and the foul smells emitted nearby, the nearby gardens were also ordinary and not as beautiful as expected

The receptionist took 80 euros from me to check in early
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the wellness part of the establishment. Indeed, the services were not up to par: the spa water was not heated, very cold water, and the sauna was out of order. There was no massage offer either. However, I would like to commend the friendliness of the staff. Special mention to the receptionist with gray hair, whose welcome and helpfulness were impeccable.
