Variety of meals on offer not great. No wardrobe in our room and there was one queen-sized bed & one single bed in our room which left little space. I emailed the accommodation pre-arrival but the email was not answered despite us sending it twice

The hotel’s policies—especially regarding breakfast—really need improvement. Breakfast is advertised as included, but in reality it feels extremely limited and stingy. For example, jam and butter are provided free of charge, yet you have to pay extra for each slice of bread. Even portions such as bacon seem to be calculated slice by slice. There is also no proper coffee available—only instant coffee, not even basic filter coffee. This creates a poor impression and does not feel service-oriented at all. I would strongly recommend that the hotel reconsider this approach. It would be better to charge slightly more for the room and provide guests with a proper, satisfying breakfast rather than advertising breakfast as included while charging extra for something as basic as a slice of bread. The hotel management and breakfast policy definitely need improvement. I really travel a lot and it was the most tiniest place I have ever been!
