The cocktails under the all-inclusive system are not tasty at all and hardly resemble cocktails, we asked several times to bring towels to the room, as the cleaning staff took away the dirty ones without leaving clean ones, in the end, the towels were never brought. There is plenty of food, but not very tasty. In the children's section of the restaurant, only fast food is available

Wonderful hotel with excellent service! The room is clean and cozy, with fresh renovation and a comfortable bed. The staff is very polite, helped with a quick check-in. The location is perfect - everything is within walking distance. The food is delicious and varied. Will definitely come back here again!

This is now our 6th hotel in Vietnam. In all hotels, the staff has always been very friendly and cheerful. But in the other hotels, we also didn't see any Russians... The pools and the beach are only open until 6 pm. The water park is only open in the morning and from 3:30-6 pm. The slides were not very well connected, so sliding already hurt. In all other hotels, the pools could be used until 9-10 pm. The staff was always reserved and unfriendly. Probably they only adapted to the many Russian guests. Our hotel room consisted of three rooms and two bathrooms with its own kitchen. Unfortunately, everything seemed very careless. Except for the sink and the mini-fridge, the kitchen was not usable. There were no dishes, no cutlery, nothing to cook with, just many empty cabinets! What was all this for? On our exterior wall, all the air conditioning units were hanging. The sound insulation was poor, so we heard a constant humming. Overall, we did not feel comfortable
