In my opinion, definitely not a 5-star hotel. The rooms were okayish clean and very old. There were foreign hairs on the floor and the shower grout is all moldy. For a 5-star hotel, I also expect not to have to carry my luggage to the 1st floor without a lift. So I would give the hotel a maximum of 3 stars.
A magnificent hotel, with attentive staff, always smiling and particularly available, especially to help you organize your excursions to Angkor. The breakfast is very rich, varied, and well taken care of. A tuk-tuk is also provided free of charge by the hotel to reach the city center or, for example, to go to the museum. The rooms are incredible and very luxurious, perfectly designed, very modern while remaining rooted in tradition and the spirit of the place. Finally, the pool and spa are superb and perfectly complement the experience. A very nice address that we recommend without hesitation!

The pool loungers located under the pergolas could probably be replaced, as they seem a bit worn.
