We loved the excellent service, especially the friendliness and attentiveness of John and Mr. Chan. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The location is great: peaceful enough to relax, yet close to everything. The complimentary tuk-tuk service to town until 8 pm is a fantastic bonus, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and the city.

Nice large and clean room. Good helpfull stuff. Tuk tuk service and free cocktails during happy hour. I did enjoy their massage as well, on a pricier side but still was really good. Good pool area as well, which helps if you want to cool down after a long and hot temple day.

A beautiful facility with top-notch customer service. Landscaping was serene. Breakfast buffet was very impressive. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

The air in the room was very musty/moldy smelling. The water heater was only lukewarm.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting; staff are so welcoming, helpful and hospitable; the location is ideally located to be quiet but close enough to get into the coty very quickly; the khmer massage in the spa was amazing; the pool is so relaxing and open till late; complementary cocktails; complementary tuktuk into town; very comfortable bed; excellent room service; complementary fruits in the room.

Only very occasionally was there a mild damp smell but it rained very heavily one night and the setting is similar to a jungle; one night the air conditioning took some time to start working, but these were honestly such minor things in the context of an incredible stay.
