The hotel was nice but you pay for the spa and rooftop pool but it was closed and we weren't informed. That was the whole reason why we booked it because it was meant to be special for an anniversary

Overpriced for what it was, could have just got a room just as nice for half the price
The help desk worker Sumaiya was amazing and kind. The room was gorgeous and the bath was deep

Nothing
Average breakfast for £20 per person, no toast. Booked spa for 11:00 am to be told they had forgotten to book it and offered a 13:00 slot, not acceptable and for £200 per night I would expect a lot better to be honest, a special anniversary was not enjoyable
