Overpriced for what it was, could have just got a room just as nice for half the price

Average breakfast for £20 per person, no toast. Booked spa for 11:00 am to be told they had forgotten to book it and offered a 13:00 slot, not acceptable and for £200 per night I would expect a lot better to be honest, a special anniversary was not enjoyable
