Room was really quiet, which was unexpected but a pleasure. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast was good and had incredible variety. Evening meal outside was lovely. Location near Hauptbahnhof was convenient.

It would be nice if staff came in daily and removed recycling/used bottles and trash and automatically refilled what was used instead of having to stop at the front desk and request it. When we did request one time in the morning, it still hadn't been refilled by the afternoon and we had to ask again. Not a big deal, but it would be a nice touch especially since it isn't cheap to stay here.

Family of 4 stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. It was about a 10-minute walk from the station, and the hotel had a stylish city hotel atmosphere. I was happy that the drinks in the refrigerator were free, but they were not replenished on the second night. There was information that the drinks would be replenished for the second night, so I was disappointed about that. If the service includes replenishing for the second night, I would have wanted a proper response. If it is not replenished, I would like the information and actual service to be consistent, such as reflecting it in the price. The breakfast was very delicious and satisfying.
